Moon at Last Quarter
Friday 14th Nov 201415:17
The Moon will reach last quarter – roughly a week after passing full moon and a week before it will reach new moon. At this point in its monthly cycle of phases, it is only visible late in the night and in the pre-dawn and early morning sky.
At this time the Moon will lie at a declination of +10°03′ in the constellation Leo, and so will appear highest in the northern hemisphere.
