BAA Winchester Weekend

The BAA Winchester Weekend for 2025 will be held from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th April. It will include a Jupiter Section meeting.
Booking will open at 9am on Tuesday 7th January and will close on Friday 14th March. Please note tickets for this event often sell out quickly.
The ticket price for the full weekend is £295 per person, and tickets for just the Jupiter Section meeting are free.
Attendees are only able to book “all inclusive” residential accommodation for the whole weekend (2 nights) not for only one night. If you would like to attend only during the daytime and not stay overnight please email office@britastro.org and you can also choose individual meals you might like to enjoy
If you book for the full weekend then you do not need to separately book for the Jupiter Section meeting.
If you are attending just the Jupiter Section meeting you will optionally be able to pay for lunch and dinner on the Saturday when booking.
Booking will be available to BAA members via a special access code which will be available to those logged into the website.

Check in time on Friday 11th April will be from 3pm and check out of rooms and return of room keys must be completed by noon on Sunday 13th.
Additional Notes for Delegates
- Attendees need to bring their own toiletries (bedding and towels are provided)
- On Sunday afternoon we welcome 5-15 minute presentations from BAA members. Please email tonyhersh@hotmail.com if you are interested
- Check in time on Friday 11th April will be from 3pm and check out of rooms and return of room keys must be completed by noon on Sunday 13th.
- In the Exhibition area we are running a bring and buy table again and attendees are welcome to bring any equipment they want to sell
- If the skies are clear there will be an opportunity for observing on Friday and Saturday nights and attendees are welcome to bring telescopes etc
- Please print out the program and other information provided on the BAA website and bring these with you because there won’t be hard copies available at the meeting
