I use Iphone and I don’t know if the system is similar on Adroid, but I can connect to the Seestar through Seestar’s wifi and still have access to the internet.
If you observe near your house with the Seestar, you can use station mode, where the Seestar connects to your internet source and you can have connection to it from your phone from anywhere
