    Does anyone have experience of using APM LZOS refractors? I am looking to upgrade from my Takahashi FS128 and wondered if anyone had experience of this manufacturer. Alternately, any positive experiences of other manufacturers in this aperture point.

    Yes I have had twin 6″ APM LZOS refractors for some years and wouldn’t swap them for any other refractor.

    Thanks Peter. Thats good to hear. Do you have the aluminium tube versions or the phenolic tube. Just interested to know if you have any views on the latter. Best Gerard

    One aluminium and one phenolic Gerard. To be honest I’m unaware of any difference.
