    Patrick Wiggins reports a possible supernova AT2024bch in NGC3206

    It is currently reported mag 15.5 but at this distance it could potentially reach mag 12 (if a type Ia with no extinction)
    It is well place for northern hemisphere observers

    I measured it at V=14.59 and R=14.52 last night (2024-01-31 00:30)
