    Analysis of observations recorded in Chinese and Roman texts suggests it was not red 2 millenia ago. The authors claim this is observational evidence of stellar evolution in action.

    Get your popcorn ready. This should be entertaining when the other astrophysicists start laying into it. (Though the claimed 5.1σ is interesting.)
