I would like to remind everyone that in the October BAA Journal, which is just out, there is a competition for an astrophotograph to be used as the cover of Piers Horner’s latest book. (Prize of £200 to the winner!) Piers Horner wrote his first book, ‘Short Stories of Space’ in 2021, and details his thoughts about events in astronomy over the previous year; it has received excellent reviews. This new book is on a similar theme, but he needs a stunning cover photo. So have a go!
