Booking information

Booking for the Winchester weekend has now closed. Please telephone the BAA Office on 0207 734 4145 between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday if you would like to be added to the waiting list.

The prices are £225 for BAA Members and £255 for non-members. All attendees must pre-book via one of the following methods:

  • Those attending the whole weekend or just the Exoplanet Division meeting should book at the BAA online shop,
  • Non-residents and those staying for only part of the weekend should print off and post this booking form to the BAA Office or telephone the BAA Office on 0207 734 4145 between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Please note that preference is given to those staying for the whole weekend.
