About this image

Trying to image a newly discovered lighter spot on the southern edge of the north equatorial region that was supposed to be close to CM but seeing too poor really to stand much chance. Main image composed of best 30% of frames from three consecutive 2 minute videos with 10msec exposures at gain of 500x. ASI290MM camera with 610nm Baader filter.

Moons added from a separate exposure (100msec) and timed at 23.16UT. Miranda not seen but 4 others detected.

Mono image colourised for aesthetic reasons.

Cheers

Martin
