About this image

I had a brief window of around 45minutes in total with a small amount of cloud interruption before the weather closed in. This was a run of 33 minutes in which I took 11 colour luminance videos and 11 IR pass videos. Conditions were a little jumpy and I am still trying to rescue the IR pass images. However I managed to process the luminance only images without too much trouble. At the time I took this Olympus Mons was almost opposite the South Pole in the Northern hemisphere and there is a nice light round patch round its location.
