About this image

Imaged at E-Eye facility near Badajoz in Spain using my ASA 400 R-C scope with 0.69 focal reducer, giving f/5.52.  Camera is Moravian G4-16000.  Data collected on three nights in early February - 2nd, 6th and 7th.  Four filters used Astronomik L,R,G,B.  Total of 16 lights for each filter.  Each light 600secs. Total imaging time 640 minutes.  Processed with PixInsight in UK.

Hi Stephen,

That is a really nice image of Hind's...good to see it in colour. May I suggest an orientation to match other images in the archive, i.e. north up?

Clearly you have a very nice telescope in a great location at E_Eye: Have you thought about imaging Gyulbudaghian's nebula?  I know it's very badly placed (from Spain) at this time of year but maybe one to try in the summer?
