I have had AIP4Win running on Windows 10, but found that the software was so full of bugs and the writer was not interested in fixing them that I gave up on it.
I now use C-Munipack (http://c-munipack.sourceforge.net/) for photometry, as it will output BAA VSS format files and the best part is it’s free and well supported.
