On the occasion of the annular eclipse of the sun on 10 June next, visible from the UK as a partial, I would like to carry out an observation of the phenomenon. The observational work is reported in an article of mine that appeared in the J. Br. Astron. Assoc. 126, 2, 2016.
A good work would emerge from the contribution of observers on various latitudes, up to the eclipse maximum zone.
Those interested in the subject can contact me. We will make further arrangements to extend the study.
I observe from the city L’Aquila (central Italy), the phenomenon is very reduced. I hope that the covid emergence will decrease, so I will be able to observe from a more northern location.
