Nick JamesParticipantFor those of you unable to get to the meeting this coming Saturday I’m pleased to report that the IoP will again be livestreaming it for us. Many thanks to them for this valuable service.
The URL is on the meetings page.

Gary PoynerParticipantEnjoyed the live streaming yesterday. Many thanks for making this available. One comment though – the volume was very low.

Mr Jack MartinParticipantBecause trains are not running again weekends, I viewed on line.
Volume, wavered from soft to loud.
Picture, close ups of speakers appeared washed out by bright lights, other views ok.
I enjoyed the meeting, thank you for live streaming.

Nick JamesParticipantGary, yes the sound levels were a bit low although fine if you have a big volume knob on your amplifier it seemed OK. It partly depended on the speaker’s voice and where they were standing. I’ve just had a look at the recordings (which are now on the meetings page BTW) and I can turn it up far enough. I’ll discuss with the IoP whether we can push it up next time.

ParticipantEnjoyable afternoon at home listening to the excellent Speakers without the cost and discomfort of getting into London .
Congratulations to Mary McIntyre for a very well delivered and comprehensive Sky Notes which came over loud and clearly.

Lyn SmithParticipantI also watched the last meeting via the live stream and was most impressed with the quality of camera mixing. The mix of presenter, presentation and audience shots was just right and revealed just what the viewer wanted to see as they wanted to see it. The sound did vary depending upon the whereabouts of the presenter but generally I heard the lectures well. Mary McIntyre was excellent as the Sky Notes presenter and I thoroughly enjoyed her talk. Well done everyone involved.
