HOYS needs help

Some of you may know (or even be involved with, as I am) the HOYS project: Hunting Outbursting Young Stars, co-led by Dr Dirk Froebrich from the University of Kent.

They need a little help right now to process and quality control the backlog of about 3,000 images and extract the data from them. It’s not a difficult task and some simple training and guidance will be given. With a few more helpers we could easily clear the data quickly and be able to use it.

It’s a simple 4 step process for each image, all done on the HOYS data website.
