I hope this is the correct forum.

When updating my library catalogue database I noticed that on-line PDF versions of the Handbook for 1941, 1942 and 1943 are missing. Although I don’t have a copy of the 1941 Handbook (and would like to acquire one) copies of the other two are presently in La Palma.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning until July but will be happy to scan my copies if desired.

P.S. I would also like copies of anything prior to 1936.

A bit of fluff picked up when examining the PDFs: 2014 has 119 pages, which is a rather odd number. All others from 2013 to 2024 inclusive have 120.

Apparently no spare unbound copy of these three Handbooks was available when the set of Handbooks was originally scanned several years ago. This problem is now overcome, and scans of those three years will be made next week, and added to the website, eventually.

    Good news!

I wanted to add that I was advised recently of small defects in the online scans of the 1922 and 1924 Handbooks. This is being dealt with now by Sheridan Williams, and new PDFs will be posted later.
If members come across faults in scans of the old Handbooks – missing pages in particular – please can they let me know and we will deal with the matter?

Sheridan Williams has scanned the missing and defective issues, and they have now been uploaded by Callum Potter.
