I have been a member of the BAA for a few years now. My main interest is observing the sun in Hydrogen-Alpha with my Coronado P.S.T. 40mm solar telescope with x15 lens and I have been recording and counting the number of Prominences, sunspots, plages and filaments which I then send to the solar section. I also do some night time observations with my Skywatcher Evostar 120mm EQ3-2 mount telescope of the Moon.
