I'm a Amateur Astronomer & Radio Operator 20(E/W)LUN . I'm back in Blighty now. I currently do CometWatch with Co-hosts Neil Norman & Mary McIntyre . I own 20x 80 binos , A 16" Explore Scientific Ultra light Dob, A C10 NGT scope with a LPI imager and a Canon DSLR . A Skywatcher 102 Mak & Refractor on a GOTO Mount. My main areas of Interests are Comets and the Moon, but i also enjoy imaging Nebulae, Jupiter and Saturn and looking to to set up a Meteor camera in the near future along with a permanent Observatory complete with a Amateur Radio station in the warm room for H/V/UHF. Things i have missed? Bamber Gascgoine on University Challenge with "Here is your starter for 10", Patrick Moore & Cmdr Henry Hatfield RN (retired) having spirited discussions on things Lunar .... Currently I'm looking forward to joining the Korean Astronomical Society. I'm back to being a student .... reading Planetary Science, at The Open University..... Also a member of the Astronomical Society Of Japan, ALPO & RAS.
