My amateur astronomy interests are mostly centred around astrophotography, however I do enjoy evenings of visual observations and astronomical sketching of the moon. I enjoy learning about spaceweather and radio astronomy and keeping my astronomy journal up to date with my snippets of clear sky adventures. By day I am a Senior Technical Scientist for Siemens Healthcare working within diagnostics. I am Chair of the North Wales Astronomy society, a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and I am often found in the local area promoting astronomy through outreach or tinkering with scopes. .
