As a child I had a small telescope but living in London the night sky was so bad the only thing you could see was the Moon so my interest slowly faded. 40 years later in 2015 I was given a telescope my a friend and reignited my interest in astronomy I joined the BAA March 2016 I also joined the Friends of the RAS in 2017
