About this image

The Flying Dragon in Cygnus, I captured this very faint target over several weeks in October.

I used my Sharpstar PH-140 Refractor and mono camera 2600mm. I captured around 65 hours of data, made up from 5 minute exposures. Ha and Sii the stars were from RGB data. Special Thanks to Gary Palmer in his assistance in processing this image.

This is a fantastic observation on a very faint target. It is on my list for next year. Well done!

With the reducer/flattner with this scope I have 670mm at F4.8 combined with the 2600mm camera it worked well on this target..
