While digging through some of my older astronomical test images I came across images of Trans Neptunian Object 136108 Huamea (2003 EL61) that was taken on April 21st 2012.
Huamea was then at an enormous distance of ~50 AU from Earth, it certainly was a test for my modest 8-inch SCT but I was pleased when I stacked twenty two images in Astrometrica and there it was, its apparent magnitude was approximately +18, I used an R- Bessel filter, CCD cooling was -30 C, image scale ~1.51 arcsec/pixel with a field of view of 32 x 26 arcmins, 120 seconds for each image exposure. While I would really like to attempt lightcurve measurements on this object, I fear it is out of the realm of possibility with my current system.
