I think the episode of Gerry Anderson’s UFO airing at 6pm tonight on The Horror Channel (Freeview Ch 68) is the one featuring a 1970 Fullerscopes 6-inch refractor (used by an amateur astronomer played by Stephanie Beacham, to make contact with the aliens!) That’s assuming the episode is Episode 9 as advertised. It is repeated at 10am tomorrow (Tues Nov 2nd) on the same channel. (NB, Some Sky planners are currently still on BST, so their times are listed as 1 hour later, but it is due to be broadcast at 6pm and 10am GMT). It must have been a massive piece of free TV advertising for Fullerscopes in that era…………
