Below is the text of an email we will be sending to all Paper Subscription members this afternoon.
The ballot paper and candidate notes included with the August Journal are incorrect as our printers accidentally printed the 2019/2020 rather than the 2020/2021 Session papers. Please do not use them. Our printers have agreed to pay for a replacement print run and mailing to send you the correct ballot papers at no cost to the BAA. If you have already voted using the incorrect ballot paper received with the Journal, please submit your vote again using the correct ballot paper when you receive it. Any votes on the incorrect paper form will be discarded and not counted.
The Digital Ballot run by CES (Civica Election Services) is correct and it is easy to vote online. You should have received an email around 1pm on Monday 3rd August with a link to allow you to vote electronically. If it is not in your inbox then it may be in your junk/spam folder.
