I got up briefly last night at 02.00 and again at 04.00 (BST) under reasonably clear skies (they are rarely better than that here in Warrington) to see if I could observe a few Lyrid meteors. After an hour or so, dawn was breaking and I returned to my lair – empty handed.
Did anyone else see more than I did?
