I received an e-mail a few days ago from a chap called Steve who has set up a new Will Hay website. Admittedly there is quite a bit of info about Will Hay on the web already, as well as a recent comprehensive biography by Graham Rinaldi, but this is brand new and slowly taking shape. I’ve said they can use my astro articles about Hay, and his telescopes and White Spot discovery, if they wish. Apparently all profits from sales on the site go to the Motor Neurone Disease Association, a disease which, of course, Stephen Hawking suffers from. There’s not an enormous amount on the website yet, but I’m told it will grow quite a bit in the coming weeks and months. The website is at http://www.buggleskelly.com/
Bearing in mind Hay’s contribution to astronomy and the BAA this may be of interest to some members!
