    Good morning everyone

I am kindly asking you for information about two photographic lenses (Taylor Cooke f530 mm A1/10; Tessar Zeiss f600 mm, A1/9). These lenses are famous for their perfection. Therefore, I have tried to use them as objectives for visual observation, but they are no good. Both give a clear view at low magnifications, up to about 20X. Then, at higher X magnifications, a slight lactescence of the image starts to appear. After 40-50X the image is devastated and the defects become intolerable. I use normal eyepieces.

Is there any website where I can find the technical characteristics of these vintage ones?

Thank you very much and best regards.
