Just want to share with you, today’s solar image.
I stacked the 2000 avi in AS2 and used 1.5x drizzle. This was really to see what it did, and to see how good the result was. I’m pretty impressed.
Processing has been done mostly in Registax 6.
There are “NO” sunspots visible, but there are plenty of filaments visible and a bright prom also visible.
I have not altered the rotation. This is the view you see through an eyepiece in a Coranado PST.
I constanly surprise myself at the quility of digital images that come out of one of these small Ha telescopes.
