Andrew WilsonParticipantHi Ken,
This has been fixed. I am replying with my test profile as it doesn’t have any extra website privileges, allowing me to do a proper test.
To update your profile image, navigate to:
Account > Web Profile > Edit > About yourself > Avatar
Then click Browse to select the image you want to use. Finally press the Update Profile button at the bottom.
Best wishes,
Andy- This reply was modified 1 year, 4 months ago by Andrew Wilson.

Andrew WilsonParticipantJust to confirm we think this may be ‘fixed’, with the caveat the cause of the problem was not identified. It would be useful for members to try changing their display names to their preferred name and then post back here if they spot it changing again.
Thanks,
AndyAndrew WilsonParticipantHi Duncan,
That is very odd. I am going to try replying and editing with this post using my test account. It has identical setup to ordinary members, without any special access.
This is an edit where I am adding a new line.
This is my third edit, so I don’t think it is editing that triggers the spam filter.
My suspicision is there is something in the post that is causing the spam filter to be over aggressive. I am not sure there is anything that can be easily done, but I will note it in the log for the website developer.
Best wishes,
