I see on the forums it guides down to sub pixel level and is more stable than PHD2.

JackYou’ll need a mini Mac to run the app.
I used my Samsung mobile, the screen is too small, its easy to press the wrong button, but it did fit the cradle of my Fusion 120i where the handset sits, I prefer the latter.

I’m so sorry to read of Terry’s passing, my deepest condolences to his family and friends not least his colleagues.
He was a pillar of support to all Starlight Xpress users and will be be sadly missed.
We had many conversations at Astrofest, he was so helpful.

I checked the connections by removing inspecting replacing one at a time all looked ok.
The fault could be the NexStar handset.
Until I test on another mount or try another handset I’m guessing.

I need to test my NexStar handset on another mount to confirm its faulty.

I have a StarSense handset which I will try.
There was an issue with after a firmware upgrade, work in progress on that fix.
