Following on from the information shared at the Winchester Weekend on the future impacts from Satellite Constellations on astronomy and the night sky, this week saw yet another application lodged with the Federal Communications Commission. This time, another startup, Cowboy Space, want to launch 20,000 data centres into orbit.
